ptc55 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

Age Requirement — 21+

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on ptc55. ptc55 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. During the KYC verification process, you will be required to submit a government-issued National ID card or passport confirming your date of birth. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and any remaining balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to verification.

Geographic Eligibility

The ptc55 Platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. ptc55 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ptc55 is lawful in your jurisdiction. ptc55 accepts no liability arising from a user's failure to comply with applicable local laws.

One Account Per Person

Each user may hold only one registered account on ptc55. Creating duplicate, linked, or additional accounts is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether identified through shared device data, shared payment method, or other means — ptc55 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

KYC Verification

ptc55 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC documents accepted include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is satisfactorily completed. ptc55 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

Account Suspension and Closure

ptc55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) ptc55 reasonably suspects fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest activity; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been raised against ptc55 by the account holder; or (d) the account holder is identified as being under 21 years of age. In cases of fraud or Terms violation, ptc55 may withhold any balance pending investigation.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ptc55 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from any remaining balance. ptc55 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before applying any dormancy fee. Reactivation is possible by logging in to the account at any time.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit is ৳100 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposited funds are credited to your ptc55 wallet immediately upon payment confirmation from the mobile wallet provider. ptc55 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳300. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless a KYC-verified alternative has been pre-approved by ptc55.
• Standard withdrawal requests to bKash or Nagad are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (6:00 AM to 11:59 PM BST). Requests received outside these hours are processed the following morning.
• ptc55 may require a completed KYC verification before processing a user's first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals are not subject to additional documentation requirements unless circumstances change.

Wagering Requirements

Most ptc55 bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering must be completed within the time period stated on the bonus offer. Bets placed on certain game types (as stated in the specific promotion terms) may not count towards wagering requirements or may count at a reduced rate.

Bonus Abuse and Misuse

ptc55 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a player has abused the bonus system. This includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements; operating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; or using automated tools to interact with the Platform. Players identified as engaging in bonus abuse may have their accounts permanently closed.

Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire as stated on the relevant promotion page. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of account closure are forfeited. Cash balances (non-bonus funds) are not affected by bonus expiry.

Player-Set Limits

Registered users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings at any time. Deposit limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased. A cooling-off feature allows users to suspend their account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days). A permanent self-exclusion option is also available, after which ptc55 will close the account and not re-open it for the exclusion period chosen by the user.

Underage Gaming Prevention

ptc55 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gaming. All accounts are subject to age verification during the KYC process. If ptc55 identifies or suspects that an account is held by a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method. ptc55 encourages parents and guardians to use device-level parental controls to prevent access by minors.

Prohibited Acts Include

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or betting market.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds into a ptc55 account.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on ptc55 — including but not limited to the ptc55 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, and game content — is the intellectual property of ptc55 or its licensed content providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed without the prior written consent of ptc55. Unauthorised use of ptc55 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ptc55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. ptc55's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ptc55 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and is not liable for service outages caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online service providers operating in the jurisdiction in which ptc55 is registered. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through ptc55's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to arbitration. ptc55 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes directly with users before any formal proceedings are initiated. The language of these Terms is English and the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict with a translated version.
